Is kiwifruit nature's antidepressant?

Eating two kiwifruits each day can improve energy levels and put men in a better mood, according to a study published in the Journal of Nutritional Science. Researchers at New Zealand’s University of Otago, Christchurch, studied the effects of the fruit on 54 male students over six weeks and found that the group eating two kiwis daily experienced significantly less fatigue and depression than the group that didn't eat the fruit.
