Apple CEO Tim Cook has a reputation for being quiet, steady and mild-mannered -- a far cry from his mercurial and passionate predecessor. Some industry rivals say they're now finding it easier to hire talent away from Apple, suggesting that Cook is struggling to inspire his workers.
