Cancer center may use district's computers as virtual supercomputer

Under a new plan, Jefferson Country Public Schools in Louisville, Ky., will allow researchers at the James Graham Brown Cancer Center to tap into about 3,400 of the school system's computers when students aren't using them. As part of the partnership, scientists and professors will visit classrooms to discuss the Cancer Center's work.
