Ford finds success with online ads

Since Ford Motor Co. boosted its online ad budgets it has seen great results, according to Joe Kyriakoza, manager of the automaker's national media buying arm, Ford Motor Media, a subsidiary of J. Walter Thompson in Detroit. In an interview, Kyriakoza talks about surprises in the online world, how to get the right marketing mix and other issues.
