Study: Americans aren't eating enough produce

More than 85% of consumers don't eat the minimum five servings of produce a day recommended by the government, a recent poll by AC Nielsen reports. The survey also found a majority of respondents were unaware of how much produce they should eat, and this lack of nutrition knowledge contributes to disease and obesity, a doctor said.
