Software firm BigFix is getting attention for a viral campaign keyed to the fictional presidential campaign of Ray Hopewood, who is portrayed as a somewhat dim-witted, self-involved plutocrat. The campaign, by Rassak Experience in San Francisco, includes a blog, online video and social-networking profiles.
