Investors flee bank-loan funds, causing 33% falloff

Bank-loan funds, among the most conservative bond-market investments, have been hit hard in recent weeks as investors react to negative headlines and losses. Assets in bank-loan funds are down 33% to $18.2 billion since the end of June. Much of the money has been moved into money market funds.
