Report: NSAIDs may reduce bladder cancer risk

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs could lower the risk of bladder cancer, while analgesics with phenacetin increase the risk of the disease, a study revealed. Scientists were able to associate regular use of NSAIDs, such as aspirin, naproxen and ibuprofen, with a significant decline in the risk of developing TP53-positive tumors.
