Counties raise concerns about expense of busing private-school students:

Some Ohio counties that collectively paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in the 2007-08 school year to bus private-school students are asking the state for full reimbursements. The state money available for reimbursement has stayed essentially flat, with counties in recent years making up the growing shortfall. "The fact that we don't get full reimbursements creates a hole in the budget," said one county administrator.
