Chef pulls shark's fin off menu

Scott Boswell has removed a dish made with shark's fin broth from his menu at Stella! amid protests from people who say shark finning is brutal and bad for the environment. A Times-Picayune review that mentioned the dish sparked protests, and Boswell said, "Right now I just don't feel right serving it."
