ESPN brings college football in 3-D to select theaters

ESPN will present the Sept. 12 college football game between USC and Ohio State in 3-D in select theaters around the country. The network, which has produced several sporting events using the in-your-face technology for test purposes, added that the Sept. 12 game would mark the first time true stereoscopic 3-D graphics will be used in a telecast.
