Massive egg recall raises issues for restaurants

The news in recent days that two producers have recalled more than half a billion eggs on salmonella fears has raised issues among federal regulators pushing for stricter food safety laws and restaurant operators looking to make sure their dishes aren't going to sicken guests. The FDA urges restaurants to eliminate salmonella from eggs by serving only the pasteurized version.
