Poll: Drugmakers influence doctors' prescribing behavior

A Consumer Reports poll found that 69% of 1,150 adults who use prescription medicines think drug companies have too much influence over physicians' prescribing decisions. The majority of those surveyed also expressed concern about issues of drug safety and doctors' conflicts of interest.
