New Jersey general-aviation airports will receive grants

New Jersey plans to spend more than $1.2 million to upgrade two airports in the southern part of the state. Cross Keys Airport and Flying W Airport will receive grants from the state for improvements. Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno announced the effort as part of $14.6 million in grants for the state's general aviation airports, counties and towns.
