Stop saying this stuff to your customers

There are a few phrases that are bound to irritate customers but are still uttered by customer-service representatives with disturbing regularity, writes Dianna Booher. Cookie-cutter statements such as "I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you" and "If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask" are vague and make customers feel unimportant, Booher explained.
