Report: Bringing in new agency business is a tough task

Some 80% of new business directors at agencies last less than two years in their jobs, according to a report from RSW/US. Just 26% of agency executives said their new business directors perform somewhat or very successfully, down from more than 50% two years ago. RSW President Mark Sneider says many business development executives face unrealistic expectations.
