Canada upset over beef slaughter in China

Canadian officials are upset over China's slaughter of 90 cows in the city of Chongqing. Chinese officials allege the herd was infected with foot-and-mouth disease, although officials say the disease does not exist in China; the herd was slaughtered before blood tests could be confirmed.
