Gasoline prices shoot up all over

The average price per gallon has increased more than 15 cents during the last two weeks. Prices were affected by a ruptured pipeline in Arizona that caused a major shortage around Phoenix, as well as the widespread blackout that hit customers in the Northeast and Midwest 10 days ago.
