Management mistakes that can alienate your best workers

Companies need to assume their best workers are being courted by competitors at any given time. Employers may be inadvertently driving these star employees out of their company and into the embrace of their competitors by doing such things as micromanaging these workers or denying them an outlet for their creative energies.
