Study: Patients recommend video visits with docs to save time

A small trial at Massachusetts General Hospital found that patients preferred face-to-face interactions, but said the doctor appeared as competent, explained himself well and spent as much time during videoconference visits. Twenty-six of 30 patients said they would recommend video visits to friends as a way to save time.
