CTIA: Industry's consumer service shines

CTIA-The Wireless Association® says upcoming FCC hearings on wireless practices will give the industry an opportunity to highlight its focus on innovation and pricing. The group notes that despite the views of some critics, customer complaints to wireless companies are on the decline. "I would put our industry up against any other in terms of the customer experience," said Christopher Guttman-McCabe, CTIA's vice president of regulatory affairs.
