Edmonds officials unfazed by Seattle bag vote

Officials in Edmonds, Wash., say they have no plans to revisit their decision to ban plastic shopping bags even though Seattle voters have rejected a fee on bags in their city. ACC lobbyist Shari Jackson said her group had lobbied Edmonds officials to encourage recycling. "Plastics can be made into other products," she said.
