Leader of Idaho school for children with disabilities retires

Mary Dunne retired after 37 years with the Idaho School for the Deaf and the Blind. Dunne, who took up the superintendent role in 2007, had also been a teacher and director of outreach at the facility. Formerly a state public school, ISDB has recently come under the management of the independent Idaho Bureau of Educational Services for the Deaf and the Blind.
