Robin Domeniconi, a Microsoft executive who also holds a pilot's license, said dyslexia as a child helped her conquer challenges. "Getting my private pilot's license was a huge personal victory," said Domeniconi. As vice president of advertising sales, publishing and marketing for Microsoft, Domeniconi also flies commercially two to three times a month.
