With school closure, worries arise about services for students

The imminent closure of the Oregon School for the Blind has advocates and students concerned that comparable services will not be available in the 19 districts absorbing the facility's 28 students, but funds have not been allocated yet. "We're very concerned that they're only going to be getting a small part of what they were getting from the school for the blind," a school board member said about students.
