Study results promote use of digital signage

Retailers and vendors are missing opportunities to engage customers and market their brands because they are slow to adopt in-store digital sign technology, per a survey by Retail Systems Research. The technology, however, is expensive, and requires an investment that retailers might be wary of making in the down economy.
