Steve Easterbrook, who has helmed McDonald's U.K. and Northern European operations, has been promoted to the new title of executive vice president, global chief brand officer. Easterbrook succeeds ex-global marketing chief Mary Dillon, who is now chief executive of U.S. Cellular.
