Small businesses await congressional action on Bush-era tax cuts

Vice President Joe Biden called Republican assertions that small businesses will suffer if Bush-era tax cuts are allowed to expire a "bunch of malarkey." He reiterated that the White House seeks to extend most of the cuts, except those for the highest-income families. NFIB's Chris Walters, though, points out that increasing taxes and what Congress plans to do about them is the No. 2 concern for small businesses.
