Study: Vitamins C, E don't lower preterm delivery risk

Women who take high doses of vitamins C and E during pregnancy do not reduce their risk of preterm delivery, a study found. The data support earlier research showing women on the same doses of the vitamins had similar preterm delivery rates as those taking placebo pills.
