Column: TSA's security threatens civil rights

Transportation Security Administration chief John Pistole is unapologetic about airport screening methods, writes Al Lewis in a MarketWatch column. However, Lewis asserts that the threat of terrorism does not always justify an invasion of privacy. "Throughout history, the loss of civil rights has often begun with the need for government protection, and Pistole seems intent on repeating history," Lewis writes.
