IMF's Lagarde will address insiders in Wyoming

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke and his looming speech Friday in Jackson Hole, Wyo., have been the focus of markets, but the presence of International Monetary Fund Managing Director Christine Lagarde might be equally important. Lagarde will be the first IMF chief since 2004 to address the group of finance ministers, central bankers and other financial industry experts.
