Pandora's post-IPO challenges: Economy, Spotify's U.S. launch

Pandora, the unprofitable Internet radio service that went public in June, is facing a host of challenges, including the viability of its advertising-supported business model in a shaky economy and the U.S. launch of its competitor Spotify. Pandora's stock price has slumped from the offering level of $16 a share to about $12 a share.
