Students provide tech support for high-school iPad program

One high school in Massachusetts is putting students in charge of its technology-support desk as it rolls out a new 1:1 iPad initiative this fall. The help desk will serve as a formal class period for 10 students, who will receive training from school-technology staff and Apple employees on how to troubleshoot and address potential issues with the devices.
