Drones survey, protect ancient sites in Peru

Drones are helping archaeologists survey and protect dig sites in Peru. The drones, which are better known for their military applications, help speed up mapping sites and keep an eye out for squatters looking to move in on the ruins. "We see them as a vital tool for conservation," said Ana Maria Hoyle, a Culture Ministry archaeologist.
