Disney sends in old stars to push Blu-ray sales

One time-honored way to boost hardware sales is by improving the software, and Disney is trying to do just that for Blu-ray players by releasing five classic animated movies with added interactive and social-networking features. Disney will market Blu-ray versions of "Pinocchio," "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," "Fantasia," "Fantasia 2000" and "Beauty and the Beast" over the next two years, with the discs featuring BD Live technology, which connects the Blu-ray player with the Internet.
