More restaurants are welcoming dogs

Restaurants in Pittsburgh are joining a national trend of allowing dogs in outdoor dining areas. A restaurant called Cassis promotes a "Bowl and Biscuit" night with special meals for dogs, and other options in the area include a $1.99 tofu platter and a $2.99 beef patty.
