Salmon baby food introduces healthy fish to youngsters

University of Illinois professor Susan Brewer developed a new baby food made from wild salmon to help introduce fish to toddlers as their taste buds develop and to get them more omega-3 fatty acids. Most parents in a focus group said the salmon baby food tasted good and they would try feeding it to their child.
