Surgeons complete double hand transplant, issue updates via Twitter:

Surgeons at Jewish Hospital Hand Care Center in Louisville, Ky., replaced a man's burned, unusable hands and provided updates throughout the procedure via Twitter. Surgeons retained the man's nerves to the fingers and transplanted new hands on top. "We're hoping he will get better sensation and (restored nerve function) of the fine muscles in the hand," lead surgeon Warren Breidenbach said.
