Appeals court upholds ruling on SCE used-fuel costs

A federal appeals court upheld a ruling that allows Southern California Edison to recover $142 million in used nuclear fuel storage costs from the federal government. "The funds will be applied to utility and customer costs as directed by the California Public Utilities Commission," SCE said.
