Fitness experts offer tips to stay healthy at work

Getting in some exercise at work can be as simple as making a desk a mini-gym that can be used for exercises, including squats, dips, and weight or resistance band training, fitness experts say. To stay healthy, they also suggest taking regular breaks to walk or climb stairs, paying attention to posture, and bringing in healthy foods for lunches and snacks.
