Start complaining if you want to stop your business problems in their tracks, advises Jeff Haden, who explains that complaining can expose problems that need to be solved. To complain effectively, Haden says, write every complaint about employees, equipment, vendors or anything else. Complaining about it once reveals the problem, complaining twice means you've failed to fully solve the original complaint. "Every complaint is an opportunity for improvement," Haden concludes.
