Study: Chocolate consumption doesn't prevent weight loss

A study funded by Hershey showed that women do not need to abstain from sweets such as chocolate in order to lose weight. Obese and overweight women were given sweet snacks to add to a low-calorie diet; the average weight loss was 11 pounds in four months.
