Apple's $1.05 billion victory over Samsung: The fallout

The next move is up to U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh after Apple won a $1.05 billion verdict from a San Jose, Calif., jury on Friday, a verdict that rival Samsung Electronics said it would appeal. Koh could triple the damages and block the South Korean company from importing its mobile devices in the U.S. Jurors, who cleared Apple of any patent violations, worked fast and methodically to arrive at their verdict.
