Brands turn to top video-makers for Vine clips

Some elite video-makers are charging $10,000 to create six-second clips for use on brands' Vine accounts. That's still exceptionally good value for the brands, says consultant Gary Vaynerchuck, since it takes real talent to tell a compelling and brand-relevant story in six seconds. "Every brand working with a Vine celebrity right now is getting a steal," Vaynerchuck says.
