Del. to expand student behavioral-health project

The Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth and Families is planning to expand a pilot behavioral-health program by hiring 30 social workers and mental-health counselors to work as behavioral consultants in some of the state's middle schools. The consultants will provide services, such as drug and trauma screening and family counseling.
