Mixologists fashion fresh, alcohol-free mocktails

Mocktails are gaining popularity with bartenders in New York City who want to offer the booze-free crowd a refreshing drink made with as much care as a regular cocktail. "What you want to offer to the person who's not drinking alcohol is something that's going to stand up to the other cocktails everyone else is able to enjoy," said Alisa Martinez, director of operations at Foragers restaurant.
