Prostate cancer survivors who drink more coffee may be at lower risk

A study involving more than 1,000 prostate cancer survivors found a 59% reduced risk of cancer progression and recurrence among those who drank four or more cups of coffee. The study does not establish a cause-and-effect relationship between coffee intake and the prevention of prostate cancer or cancer-related death. The findings appear in the journal Cancer Causes & Control.
