Retirement savings cap could have big impact, EBRI says

If interest rates rise, the Obama administration's proposed cap on retirement savings could have a bigger impact than previously thought, an analysis by the Employee Benefits Research Institute concludes. Even at the current 4% discount rate, one out of 10 workers would find their retirement savings restricted, the institute said.
