Ryanair: We don't keep the change on our flights

Claims that Ryanair hasn't been returning passengers' change as a way to increase revenue are "nonsense," says Robin Kiely of the airline. The training manual used by flight attendants has been revised to say that instead of encouraging fliers to purchase more items in order to avoid the need for change, a flier's change should be given right away.
