States use jingles, videos, cartoons to promote exchanges

Kentucky and Maryland produced informational cartoons, Oregon television ads feature a jingle, and Connecticut is opening shops in malls to educate consumers about the health insurance exchanges set to go online Oct. 1. Several others include online videos in their educational campaigns, and some are asking community health centers to educate their patients.
